EVERY DAY

You are welcome to...

Be respected as a sacred being, and receive spiritual support and encouragement.
Experience a sanctuary, an oasis of safety, love and friendship, a nurturing spiritual environment.
Meditate or pray in peaceful sacred spaces that powerfully and authentically present many of the world’s religious and spiritual traditions, including but not limited to Christianity (Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox), Buddhism, Hinduism, Judaism, Islam, and many native cultures.
Learn about all of the world’s religious and spiritual traditions, as well as modern metaphysics.
Commune with others who are devoted to their spiritual paths.
Pray with St. Therese of Lisieux (“the Little Flower”) - Many people have experienced miracles during or after praying with our statue of this beloved saint.
Use our extensive library of books and videos on religious and spiritual subjects.
Listen to an immense array of crystal singing bowls (up to 32" in diameter) that produce powerful meditative states, hear a nine-foot long Tibetan ritual horn, or drum in our Native American drumming room.
Purchase religious/spiritual statues and other items to place in your sacred spaces at home, books selected to help you along your spiritual path, CDs designed to deepen your spiritual life and peace, and religious/spiritual gifts for others.

As always, a number of our events are offered on a donation basis. During our first eight years, we almost always suggested donations of at least $5. However, given the Center’s financial condition, it’s become necessary to increase the suggested donation to $10 for some of those events, and to $20 or more for a few. Please understand that donations are still entirely voluntary, that donations of every size are truly appreciated, and that we don’t want anyone to decide not to come to these events for financial reasons. The Center’s priority always is to be of service and fulfill our mission as a charitable organization, rather than to make a profit (we never have). Please support us to the extent you can and to the extent you feel the Center is of value to you.

EVERY DAY OR WEEK

Every Day - CASUAL TOURS AND BRIEF SINGING BOWL SESSIONS by Jack Sisk. Everyone is welcome to visit the Center and see why so many people consider it one of the safest and most sacred place they’ve ever been. When time permits, which it usually does, Jack loves to introduce people to the facilities, programs and experiences the Center offers. The standard tour now takes 90 minutes, but longer tours are possible at times, and tours can also be shorter if you prefer. Even the standard tours include introductions to many religious/spiritual traditions, are very experiential, and typically end with Jack playing and toning with a crystal singing bowl, which gives a brief introduction to the Center’s large set of those bowls. (Many people say the full bowl sessions provide the most profound meditative experiences they’ve ever had, and people often go beyond this into visions, spiritual insights, emotional releases, physical healings, and experiences of the divine.) No appointment is necessary, but it’s wise to call to check Jack’s availability. There’s no charge for the standard tours. Donations are welcomed to support the Center; but donations always are purely voluntary, and we certainly don’t want people to avoid coming to the Center due to financial considerations.

Sunday - FAMILY GATHERING (TALKING CIRCLE) facilitated by Jack Sisk, 12:15-1:45. We come together as a loving family to honor and celebrate each individual’s sacred identity and the divine reality that links us together. We connect to each other and to the one reality that underlies all religious and spiritual traditions. This is a sacred and confidential Talking Circle - we pass a talking stick and learn from each other. Everyone is committed to be loving and compassionate. You might hear readings from various traditions and authors, music from various cultures, and much more. Considerable support and insights are generated. Participation is encouraged, but not required. Donations are requested to support the Center (at least $10 would be greatly appreciated, if you can afford it).

Sunday - SILENT MEDITATION AND PRAYER GATHERING led by Jack Sisk, 4:30-5:15. Each gathering centers on a 30 minute session of silence for meditation or prayer. This began as a meditation gathering, but we’ve expanded it to include people who would prefer to pray - everyone is invited! Brief meditation instruction (in Buddhist and Hindu forms) can be provided prior to the gathering by appointment, and the period of silence will be followed by an opportunity for discussion. Donations are requested to help support the Center (at least $10 would be greatly appreciated, if you can afford it).

Tuesday - SPIRITUAL STUDY GROUP - WHAT IS ENLIGHTENMENT facilitated by Tim Altpeter and others, 7:00-8:30. This study group addresses various current books, videos and subjects. Every week is a new experience. This very animated group rides the wave of current spiritual developments. Donations are requested to support the Center (at least $10 would be greatly appreciated, if you can afford it).

Thursday - REIKI/ENERGY CIRCLE, facilitated by Jack Sisk and Jim Lane, 7:00-10:00. All energy healing modalities are welcome in this powerful circle of healing, spiritual energy - a circle we’ve held nearly every Thursday for almost 13 years. This particular Circle is open only to practitioners. We start with a talking circle and brief meditation, and then share our healing energies. You may leave whenever you’re ready. Jack and Jim take turns facilitating these Circles (Jack on the first and third Thursdays, Jim on the second and fourth). Donations are requested to support the Center (at least $10 would be greatly appreciated, if you can afford it). Note: We now begin the Circle promptly at 7:00 (in recent years we really haven’t started it until 7:30), and we end at 10:00 (previously 11:00).

BY APPOINTMENT

By Appointment - GROUP RELIGION/SPIRITUALITY TOURS OF THE CENTER by Jack Sisk. Jack offers private group tours of the Center outside our regular hours by appointment, presenting a wide array of religions and spiritual traditions, and numerous opportunities for powerful spiritual experiences, culminating in a 10-minute introduction to the crystal singing bowls. These tours are very popular. The shortest tours take about 90 minutes, and the longest can take two or three hours (we’ll work out the time with you). These group tours are scheduled in mornings or evenings. We require a minimum of five people for these tours. A donation of at least $10 per person is suggested, except that students are free.

By Appointment - GROUP SACRED SOUND CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL SESSIONS by Jack Sisk. Jack plays and tones with twelve crystal singing bowls (the largest of which is 32"). Many people say these sessions provide the most profound meditative experiences they’ve ever had, and people often go beyond this into visions, spiritual insights, emotional releases, physical healings, and experiences of the divine. The sessions take about two hours, which includes discussion time before and after the bowls are played. There’s a fee of $15 per person, and we require a minimum of ten people for these private sessions. Please note: Whenever possible, we prefer that groups instead come to the regular bimonthly sessions, as it’s difficult to accommodate more than two group singing bowl sessions in any month.

NO LONGER OFFERED - INDIVIDUAL SACRED SOUND CRYSTAL SINGING BOWL ATTUNEMENTS by Jack Sisk. These are no longer offered because the group sessions have become so comprehensive and effective.

By Appointment - MEDITATION INSTRUCTION by Jack Sisk. Jack has considerable experience in Hindu and Buddhist meditation practices. He’s especially able to help beginning or struggling meditators. Donations are requested to support the Center (at least $10 would be greatly appreciated, if you can afford it).

By Appointment - PAST-LIFE CLEARINGS by Roxanne Sears. Roxanne identifies blockages in your energy field that arise from unresolved past-life issues, and releases them. Her clearings bring you a greater understanding of your soul’s purpose while also addressing emotional and mental imbalances. Everyone who’s experienced Roxanne’s sessions has found they bring up extremely helpful information that’s truly their own. Fees: $70 for 1 hour, $100 for 1.5 hours, and $130 for 2 hours. Please contact Roxanne at (636) 946-5218 for an appointment. Note: She also sees people at her own clinic in St. Charles.

Massage therapy is not included, and clients are fully clothed. Donald has been involved in healing practices since 1987 and has a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. $75 hour. These consultations, which were popularized by Edgar Cayce, allow you to unveil the mysteries in your life, understand your soul’s purpose, use past-life experiences to enhance your life, make choices that best serve your spiritual growth, and more. Fees are $120 for an hour and $150 for 90 minutes. Please call Michaela at (314) 874-5756 for more information or appointments.

By Appointment - CRYSTAL RESONANCE THERAPY™ SESSIONS by Anahata (Anna) Roach. Crystal Resonance Therapy™ is based on aspects of both quantum and Newtonian physics; using basic laws of energy movement and electromagnetism to effectively shift energetic blocks and patterns within the physical body and energetic field. Integrating the natural energies of the earth, the electro-magnetic frequencies of crystals and minerals, and gentle guided meditation, CRT™ helps one achieve a harmonious balance between body, mind and spirit. Sessions last 90 minutes and the fee is $100. For more information and appointments, call Anahata at (314) 406-4484.

By Appointment - SOMAENERGETICS VIBRATIONAL TUNING (TUNING FORK SOUND THERAPY) by Mark Biehl, a SomaEnergetics Level 1 Practitioner. Mark also received Certification in Sound Healing with Himalayan Singing Bowls from Nepalese Master Teacher Suren Shrestha, and is a Certified Sound Therapy Coach and Licensed Spiritual Health Coach. We store experiences as energy experiences, and some experiences create blockages. This Therapy fees blocked energy and enables you to access and integrate energy stored within your energy anatomy. This produces spiritual, emotional, and physical benefits. Sessions are usually one hour, fully clothed on a massage table. First session $35, then $50. For more information and appointments, call Mark at (618) 257-0803.

Tuesday, November 11 - PERUVIAN SHAMANISM AND HEALING SESSIONS by Beth Thater/Boesel, 11:00 to 4:00. As Beth has written, she’s “a Peruvian Shaman who has traveled to Peru and worked directly with two strong Shamans of long lineages and high integrity. Her studies have taken her to the heart of the Amazon and upper Central Andes. She has dedicated her life to helping humanity and helping people awaken to their full potential. She has her own holistic retreats at her home where she leads Shamanic Healing Ceremonies. She also works with a variety of healing modalities and incorporates these tools into her sessions/ceremonies. Her purpose is to help people activate their DNA and return to their fullness. She works with a large bandwidth of light beings whom she channels information, guidance and direction.”

Beth will open the Mesa between 11:00 and 11:20. Then she’ll provide sessions, and appointments are necessary - call her at (636) 299-8694 to make them or obtain information. Sessions are one-hour long, for a fee of $110, and include 60 minutes of body work/releasing of old energetic blocks, and transmissions of "Awakening Codes" which are activating your DNA.
